Palm Utilities, which serves over half a million residents in the country through its high profile operation portfolio stepped up its customer care drive by opening a Customer Service Center at Ibn Battuta Mall, the landmark shopping destination, in an effort to offer better services from a more convenient and central location.
The Customer Service Centre, which is open to the public, is providing a wide range of services to customers, including registration, settlement of bills, bill enquiries and final bill requests in addition to receiving general complaints, etc…

Our New offices timing at Ibn Battuta Mall as below:Saturday to Thursday: 9:00am to 10:00pm - (0900 to 2200)
Friday: 2:00pm to 10:00pm - (1400 to 2200)
