Projects - Jumeirah Islands
Since 2005, two PDC plants have served Nakheel’s 736 signature villas with a total connected capacity of 15,000TR and a pipe network of 60 km. Recording and monthly billing facilities are in place to serve each resident. The final phase of Jumeirah Islands known as Jumeirah Heights is currently being prepared where an additional capacity of 10,000TR will be added to the network in Plant Room No.1. This will require upgrading some of the existing network piping which is planned to take place in early 2010 with the first phase of the capacity being available from the Plant Room before the end of 2010.
