Background
Palm Water (PW) was formed in 2005 to undertake projects that achieve the provision of desalinated water, sewage treatment, treated sewage effluent, polished water and the associated networks. These projects are normally implemented through build, own and operate (BOO), or build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) structures.
